A Two-Year Leadership & Regulatory Training Program for EHS Professionals
Built for technical and regulatory professionals — the ASK EHS Accelerator Program pairs in-depth regulatory training with leadership development, mentorship, and hands-on learning across two years of in-person, virtual, and self-study coursework.

Whether you're just starting out in chemical distribution or a regulatory role, or bring years of experience and want to build on it, this program is designed for you. Participation in all sessions is mandatory for graduation in December 2028.
2027 Program Timeline
Year One runs February through December 2027, with in-person sessions beginning in March and closing out the year, complemented by monthly virtual calls and independent coursework throughout.

Why It's Worth Investing in Your EHS Team
One paperwork mistake with EPA, OSHA, or DOT can easily cost a company $10,000–$20,000 in civil penalties — significantly more if the violation is repeated, willful, or involves multiple records. Preferred Partner Rate available to Alliance for Chemical Distribution (ACD) members.
Companies are responsible for all travel costs associated with in-person sessions, except meals specifically noted in the schedule. Three payment options are available for participating companies:
- Pay both years in full upon acceptance
- Pay annually
- Pay quarterly over two years.
