Health and Safety Attorney

Kevin brings more than two decades of experience in health and safety, with a practice focused on risk management, Cal/OSHA regulatory rulemaking, and citation appeals. He has participated in rulemaking advisory committees for various Cal/OSHA divisions and represents a wide range of industries, including material suppliers and manufacturers.

Carlton Layne

Aquatics Ecosystem Restoration Foundation (AERF) (ret.)

Prior to his role at AERF, Carlton spent more than 30 years with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), focusing on pesticide investigations, enforcement cases, and collaboration with state regulatory agencies.
